Leadership consulting that actually shifts how people lead

Most leadership programmes fade within weeks. We embed new behaviours into the daily rhythm of your organisation so the change sticks — and compounds — long after we leave.

How lasting leadership change happens

We follow a deliberate four-phase arc. Each phase builds on the one before it, creating momentum that organisations can feel within the first fortnight.

1. Diagnostic deep-dive

Before we prescribe anything, we listen. Through confidential interviews, 360-degree feedback instruments and observation of leadership rituals, we map the gap between your stated values and the behaviours people actually experience day to day. This diagnostic typically spans two to three weeks and surfaces patterns that internal teams rarely see because they are too close to the culture.

2. Co-design sprint

Armed with data, we bring your senior team together for a focused sprint — usually two intensive half-days — to co-create a leadership framework that reflects your strategic reality, not a borrowed competency model. Leaders own what they build, which dramatically increases follow-through compared to off-the-shelf programmes.

3. Embedded practice

This is where most consultancies disappear. We stay. Our coaches join real meetings, shadow critical conversations and debrief in real time. We run fortnightly learning circles where leaders share experiments, setbacks and breakthroughs. The emphasis is on repetition and reflection — the two ingredients that turn insight into habit.

4. Measure and recalibrate

At the ninety-day mark we re-run key diagnostic measures so progress is visible and quantifiable. We present a candid progress report to the executive sponsor, recommend adjustments and agree on the next horizon. Many clients choose to extend into a second cycle focused on the next layer of leadership.

What we offer

Every engagement is tailored, but our work clusters around five core disciplines that address the most common leadership pain points.

Executive coaching

One-on-one coaching for CEOs, general managers and senior leaders navigating high-stakes transitions, board dynamics or personal effectiveness plateaus. Sessions are structured around real challenges, not abstract theory, and typically run in six-month arcs with fortnightly cadence.

Team alignment intensives

When a leadership team is technically skilled but collectively misaligned, performance suffers. Our two-day intensives surface unspoken tensions, clarify decision rights and establish shared operating norms that reduce friction and speed up execution across departments.

Culture architecture

Culture is not posters on a wall. We help organisations define the specific behaviours that drive their strategy, then design rituals, recognition systems and accountability loops that make those behaviours the path of least resistance for every employee.

Succession and pipeline planning

Identifying and developing the next generation of leaders before the gap becomes urgent. We map critical roles, assess readiness honestly and build accelerated development pathways so transitions feel seamless rather than chaotic.

Strategic facilitation

When the stakes are too high for an ordinary meeting, we design and facilitate strategic conversations — board retreats, merger integration workshops, post-crisis resets — that produce clear decisions rather than polite consensus.

Questions we hear often

If your question is not here, reach out directly — we are happy to talk before any commitment.

Training courses deliver information in a classroom and hope it transfers. Our model embeds coaches inside your actual work environment so that new behaviours are practised in context — during real meetings, real feedback conversations and real decisions. The research is clear: behaviour change requires repetition with feedback, not a single event.
Our sweet spot is organisations with 80 to 2,000 employees — large enough to have complex leadership dynamics but small enough for us to know every senior leader by name. We have also worked with divisions of larger enterprises where a similar dynamic exists.
A single cycle runs roughly ninety days from diagnostic to progress review. Most clients find that two cycles — about six months — delivers the depth of change they are looking for. Executive coaching relationships often extend to twelve months for sustained impact.
Yes. While our home base is Ashtonchester in Western Australia, we serve clients nationally and have delivered engagements in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. The diagnostic and co-design phases benefit from face-to-face time; the embedded coaching phase can blend on-site and virtual sessions effectively.
We quote per engagement rather than per hour because the value is in the outcome, not the time sheet. After an initial scoping conversation we provide a fixed-fee proposal so there are no surprises. Typical ninety-day engagements for a mid-sized leadership team fall between $35,000 and $75,000 AUD depending on scope and travel requirements.
